Sorry we do not accept insurance. We accept cash or payments using a debit or credit card.

Question: What are my billing options?

You can pay up front for the total amount or you can receive bills at the beginning of each month. No sessions will be scheduled or take place until payment is made prior.

Question: What should I expect from coaching sessions?

Sessions are a place to be totally honest with yourself and build the foundation that allows you to have lasting change in your life. As your coach my job is to help you develop the mindset that will take you to the next level. I'll help you identify your goals and create a strategy that is tailored to you. We will evaluate your progress each session and discuss any challenges you had sticking to your strategy so you can have lasting change in your life.
