12 Week Pivotal Progression Program
In this 12 week program we'll focus on understanding and building your foundation for growth. You and your coach will work to identify the underlying mental blocks that are stopping you from making the progress that you want. Then you'll develop the strategies to overcome those blocks so you can take massive action towards your goals. You get more time to try different strategies and create the patterns of consistency.

This program is for those wanting to make massive progression in their goals and personal development. We will focus on understanding and building your foundation for growth. Mountain Mastery 1 Day Program "Climb the Mountain"
Ready to commit to active change? Mountain Mastery is a one day 6 hour program where you jump start your commitment to action! You'll hike with your mindset coach for up to 5 hours while defining your goals and commitment to the future you want. This is designed to help you create massive movement in your mind while understanding the importance of movement in your body. Are you done thinking of your goals as some unclimbable mountain are ready to take the steps towards Progress?
What You Get
- Hike tailored to your skill level and ability (2-5hours) Hikes around the Grand Junction area. Meet at the trailhead and conquer the mountain & your mindset!
- 20 minute pre-hike planning. Safety gear brought(Garmin Inreach, First aid, Downloadable Trail Map, Extra Food & Water)
- Creating your foundation during the hike. Strategy + Actions + Accountability + Evaluation
- Personal development question sent via email before the hike
Additional Items
- Your action plan sent in the following weeks after completion of your hike
